Invitation to the International Conference on the Viet Nam’s Rubber Industry 2026 and the Viet Nam Rubber Association (VRA) Annual Dinner 2026

We are pleased to inform that the International Conference on the Viet Nam’s Rubber Industry 2026 and VRA Annual Dinner 2026 will be held on Friday, December 18th 2026.
You are cordially welcomed to join our events. Details are as follows:
1. Objective:The events provides Vietnamese businesses with opportunities to network with VRA Members' clients, strengthen strategic relationships, and directly connect with potential international importers to expand market reach.
2.Estimated scale: Over 800 delegates.
3.Participants: VRAMembers, domestic and international enterprises, international rubber organizations, representatives from ministries and local authorities.
4. Date & Program: Friday, December 18th, 2026
- 13:00 - 17:00: International Conference on the Viet Nam’s Rubber Industry 2026                (co-organized with the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency - Ministry of Industry and Trade).
- From 15:00: Exhibition featuring product displays and information on the Viet Nam's rubber industry.
- From 17:00: VRA Annual Dinner 2026; Award Ceremony for the Certification Mark “Viet Nam Rubber” and enterprises recognized with awards and commendations from relevant ministries and authorities.
5. Venue: The Empyrean Cam Ranh Hotel (Nguyen Tat Thanh Boulevard, Bai Dai, Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province, Viet Nam)
6. Fee: Please refere to the attached Fee Notice.
7. Payment Method: Full payment (100%) shall be settled within three (03) working days following registration submission. Official Invitations will be dispatched to the enterprise upon receipt of the participation fee. Financial invoices will be delivered to the registered address within seven (10) working days after the events.
